Exchange Policy

Mint n’ Oranges adheres to the highest quality standards and is totally committed to delivering on time, with utmost care and good packaging. We only use reputed courier Companies.  In the rare instance that you receive a damaged product, we would be happy to exchange the same and a replacement product will be sent to you at no extra cost.If a replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued to you, which can be redeemed online within 3 months.

We only do exchanges within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is unused, un-washed and returned in their original condition.

You can exchange a damaged or defective item with another item of the same or higher price that are listed on www.mintnoranges.com.The difference in the amount and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 

Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, we request you to contact our customer care team within 7days of delivery. You can :

• In the mail, do give details such as : Purchase Order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in

Cancellations Policy 

Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended
If you want to return an item, a credit note can be issued which would be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.

Care Instructions

Each item has been woven with a lot of love & we recommend that you also take care of them with love. Dry clean only. Avoid using perfume on the Sari fabric
